One of a major exercises for judo strength - Farmer's Walk

For me one of the best exercises for judo strength is farmer's walk. It's simple exercise that pays big benefits in grip strength and coordinated body effort. 
To perform the Farmers Walk what you have to do is grab a pair of heavy dumbbells or sandbags and walk with them for as long as you can. Take a rest and do it again.
